Event details
Hamburg Yachtfestival is a major celebration of sailing, yachting, and maritime life in northern Germany. The event brings the boating world closer to the public through an extensive display of yachts, sailboats, motorboats, and other watercraft, while also featuring marine equipment, accessories, technology, and services. Its setting around the waterfront creates an atmosphere where visitors can experience boats in a natural maritime environment rather than simply viewing them as static displays. The festival is designed to be as much about experiencing the boating lifestyle as it is about discovering products. Visitors can explore different types of boats, meet experienced sailors and marine specialists, learn about water sports, and take part in activities connected with life on the water. With its combination of boating, education, demonstrations, and maritime entertainment, the Hamburg Yachtfestival offers a lively introduction to the sailing and yachting culture of northern Germany.
